The Category Growth Manager will take end-to-end ownership of category performance, managing revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory, while continuously optimizing product positioning and promotional strategy. This role also involves identifying new expansion opportunities and managing the lifecycle and demand planning for existing products through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

Candidates must possess over 5 years of experience owning product or category growth within e-commerce or marketplaces, demonstrating a proven ability to scale revenue and profitability. Essential requirements include strong analytical instincts for data-driven decisions, comfort with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms, and the ability to operate within defined systems before seeking to improve them.
