Core Responsibilities

Lead the process of opening 25 new units within 6 months, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Coordinate all implementation stages from feasibility analysis to post-opening operations. Manage schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement agile solutions to maintain expansion pace. Ensure each unit is opened with complete infrastructure, trained staff, and operational processes in place.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial leadership roles managing large structures (100+ units). Demonstrated track record of delivering results and developing large-scale teams. Strong command of performance indicators, discipline in execution, and field operations. Ability to make swift decisions with clarity and strategic vision. Bachelor's degree required.
