Lead the assigned team to ensure compliance with OKRs and KPIs. Coordinate across business and IT areas to ensure project progress. Define and monitor projects, including roadmap, business case, budget, and team management.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Over 2 years of experience as a Project Manager. Experience managing large IT projects, software development, or related areas.
What We Offer
The position is hybrid, requiring 2 to 3 days per week in the office located in Surquillo, Lima. Availability to start according to project needs.
