Senior Global Travel Operations Specialist

Provide guidance on travel policies, booking procedures, approvals, ticketing, exchanges, cancellations, and traveler profiles. Support travelers and travel arrangers with Travel Management Company (TMC) processes, servicing requests, and issue resolution. Develop and maintain travel communications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), frequently asked questions (FAQs), process guides, and knowledge articles.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree with ten years of experience OR Master's degree with eight years of experience in corporate travel, travel operations, Travel Management Company (TMC) operations, or related travel services. Experience supporting corporate travel policies, booking processes, ticketing, exchanges, cancellations, and traveler service. Fluency in English.
