The representative acts as the direct point of contact for customers, managing the entire purchase order process from receipt to final delivery. This involves coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment and proactively managing follow-ups, returns, and claims.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, coupled with 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within mass consumption, retail, or logistics sectors. Strong technical knowledge of logistics processes, ERP systems (like SAP), Power BI, and advanced Excel is required.
