Core Responsibilities

The Country Manager will be accountable for the growth, profitability, and diversification of the Central America and Caribbean region, driving market volume and revenue growth to achieve targets. This includes managing key local ecosystem relationships, ensuring cost efficiency, developing new business opportunities, and leading market intelligence and representation efforts.

Requirements

Candidates must have native Spanish and fluent English, with a proven background in financial services, payments, e-commerce, or technology, including established relationships within the Central America and Caribbean payments ecosystem. The role requires strong strategic capacity, data-driven analysis, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments, based in one of four specified countries.
