COE Lead Manager LATAM - Nutrición

Lead the LATAM Analytics COE, integrating Business Intelligence and Sales Force Effectiveness capabilities under a common regional strategy. Develop and retain a high-performing regional team, establishing clear roles and career development plans. Collaborate with regional and local leadership teams to identify critical business questions and translate them into actionable analytical priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing or related fields. 8 to 12 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Commercial Excellence, or related areas with significant leadership responsibilities. Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese is desirable.
