Analista Infraestructura

Provide operational support and follow up on activities related to mobile applications, user assistance, and technological services. Track requirements and activities with service providers, documenting progress and commitments. Support internal users with mobile devices and technological services, and assist in managing incidents in buildings and branches.

Technical degree or Engineering in Computing, Systems, Telecommunications, Information Technologies, or related field (graduate or intern). 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support or information technologies. Knowledge in technical support, user assistance, mobile devices, iOS and Android systems, and basic project management.
