Manage the portfolio of Business Managers to maintain and negotiate prospects for Cielo's acquiring services, aiming to achieve targets for volume and net revenue. Interface with internal areas and serve as the focal point for relationships with the bank. Conduct the implementation process and necessary internal alignments, while monitoring the performance of established partnerships.

Experience in commercial areas, preferably in the financial market. Valid driver's license and availability for travel with flexible hours. Previous experience in managing a commercial team and a completed higher education degree.
