SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER II

Maintain and document incident management for various portals and systems. Perform initial triage by collecting basic information and determining context and business impact. Document all incidents and interactions thoroughly, including problem nature and solutions applied. Keep users informed about the status of ongoing incidents and ensure proper escalation to specialized teams when necessary.

Experience in system administration for Windows and Linux servers. Knowledge of networking and virtualization platforms. Experience with observability platforms and familiarity with IaC and CI/CD practices. Exposure to cloud environments.
