Analista Suporte Jr

Provide on-site technical support to users, assisting in identifying and resolving IT issues. Perform diagnostics and solutions for incidents related to equipment, systems, and IT resources. Execute installation, configuration, and maintenance activities for computers, notebooks, and peripherals. Guide users on the use of technological resources and escalate complex incidents as necessary.

Bachelor's degree completed. Experience in technical IT support, preferably in on-site service. Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems. Understanding of diagnostics and technical problem resolution.

The position offers a 12x36 work schedule from 07:00 to 19:00 in Três Rios, RJ. The company is committed to creating a positive impact on both business and employee lives.
