Develop business relationships with members, acting as a consultant to meet their financial needs. Execute the Cooperative's commercial strategy, engaging with members through visits, in the agency, and via corporate WhatsApp. Prospect new members and sell products and services, ensuring a positive experience for the members.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Agronomy, or related fields. Experience in financial institutions or cooperatives is a plus. Knowledge of consultative sales techniques and possession of a CNH B license are desirable.
