What You'll Do
Lead a squad of up to 10 people, providing technical guidance and making decisions on development. Conduct code reviews and establish technical solutions and standards. Develop in Java as needed and organize the squad for initial delivery support.
What We're Looking For
Solid knowledge of Java and experience in distributed platform development. Familiarity with code review processes and engineering best practices. Ability to define technical solutions and standards.
