Middle Business Analysis
AvengaCore Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will lead workshops to gather and document business requirements and analyze workflows to design future states that enhance efficiency. They will also facilitate communication between business units and IT teams and coordinate User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality delivery.
Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a solid understanding of CRM systems and a background in the banking or financial services sector. Strong documentation skills and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies are also required.
