Core Responsibilities

This role is key to strengthening processes, improving predictability, and supporting the maturation of the PMO area towards more strategic management by ensuring efficient, predictable, and traceable management of escalations and releases. Responsibilities include defining and implementing automations, rules, and workflows, and supporting daily client escalation management.

Requirements

We are looking for experience in Product Operations, Release Management, or Technical Operations, along with experience using tools like Redmine/OpenProject, Slack (workflows, bots), and ticketing systems. Advanced English is required.
