Capital Markets Operations Sr. Manager

Oversee operational execution and administration of all secured and unsecured facilities, ensuring timely drawdowns, repayments, and compliance with all terms. Maintain centralized covenant trackers and monitor triggers, eligibility tests, and performance covenants. Manage daily/weekly collateral allocation and recycling processes to maximize borrowing base efficiency. Act as the day-to-day point of contact for external participants and own the preparation and delivery of required reports.

5+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, treasury operations, or middle-office functions. Strong understanding of debt facility structures and familiarity with trustees, servicers, and investor reporting standards. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Fluent in English and Spanish; AMIB 3 certification is a plus.
