The coordinator is responsible for attracting, developing, and motivating a team of promoters to achieve business objectives, while also supervising sales, collections, and advertising within their assigned section. This includes controlling non-payments, improving quality, preventing fraud, and maintaining contact with clients and commission-based promoters through frequent field visits.
Requirements
Candidates must have a completed degree, preferably in an economic-administrative area, and indispensable availability of schedule and ownership of a car (not a motorcycle) with a valid driver's license. Essential knowledge includes the municipality of Celaya and surrounding communities, along with basic skills in sales, collections, and personnel management.
