Core Responsibilities

The Customer Success Advisor will address customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats, while also working with vendors to resolve issues. They will follow up with customers to answer questions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Candidates should have a drive for results and a desire to develop customer service skills. A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or call center roles is preferred.
