RappiCore Responsibilities
The Specialist is responsible for designing and executing Rappi’s highest impact initiatives, including setting quarterly targets and controlling weekly performance metrics to guide operational teams. Key duties involve understanding spend efficiency changes, generating insights for new tests, and coordinating the execution and monitoring of core fulfillment initiatives across various cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience in tech/startups or consulting, coupled with extensive project management and leadership skills covering diagnosis, design, and execution. Essential requirements include experience with data analysis, data-driven decision-making, strong stakeholder interaction abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and advanced English proficiency.
