Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in logistics operations roles, particularly in First Mile or Last Mile, fleet management, and leading teams of 3 or more people. Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and experience in managing operational indicators.
