AI Governance Operations & Platform Lead - EY GDS

Operationalize EY's AI Governance framework across all AI and Generative AI solutions. Drive onboarding of AI solutions into the governance platform and ensure compliance with mandatory governance requirements. Monitor governance compliance metrics and identify control gaps, policy deviations, and remediation requirements. Serve as Product Owner for the ServiceNow-based AI Governance platform, defining and prioritizing platform roadmap and enhancements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Risk Management, or related discipline. 20+ years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, IT controls, ServiceNow, or enterprise platform management. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
