Supervisor Centro de Operações

The Supervisor of the Control Center is responsible for ensuring that all operations of Low, Medium, and High Voltage are fully aligned with current organizational procedures. This includes ensuring strict compliance with safety standards, quality execution of operational processes, and achieving established performance indicators.

Mandatory education: Technical degree in Electrotechnics. Necessary skills include communication, negotiation, results orientation, leadership, people management, analytical and strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
