Senior Manager R2R - Controls & Compliance Cash Office

Design and lead the Cash Office Financial Controls Tower covering KPI and SLA performance, quality, rework, risks, controls, overages and shortages, and applicable tax requirements. Analyze recurring findings, control failures, late-close drivers, backlog, rework, and financial exceptions; translate trends into actionable business insights. Monitor action-plan execution, challenge overdue remediation, and verify that agreed actions address the identified risk or quality gap.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Risk Management, Business, or related field. Eight or more years of experience in Financial Controls, Record to Report, Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk, Shared Services, or Finance Operations. Advanced English proficiency and strong executive communication skills.
