What You'll Do
Lead and develop the sales team within the agency. Ensure a good union relationship and maintain safety while executing commercial strategies. Manage agency assets and resources to maintain profitability and oversee customer service.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or completed engineering. 3-4 years of experience in mass consumption distribution companies. Knowledge of traditional and convenience channels. Proficiency in Power BI and intermediate Excel. Valid driver's license.
