What You'll Do
Manage policy renewals and capture new clients to expand the existing customer base. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that add value. Close sales and meet the company's established goals. Foster customer loyalty and maintain long-term relationships.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree preferred. 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or commercial roles. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, cross-referencing, etc.). Knowledge of all insurance branches, preferably auto and damage.
