Analista contable SR - Fintech

Monitor and control the monthly accounting close for Fintech companies, managing accruals, provisions, and P&L and Balance analysis. Lead reconciliations between the business core and the accounting system (SAP), identifying and resolving discrepancies. Produce and validate regulatory reporting to the CMF, ensuring data traceability and consistency. Analyze business results in relation to accounting, translating numbers into clear narratives for stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Auditing, Business Engineering, Administration, or related field. At least 4 years of experience in accounting close, reconciliations, and control, preferably in financial industry, fintech, banking, or auditing (Big Four is a plus). Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience with monthly closings and P&L and Balance analysis. Proficient in accounting ERP (SAP) and advanced spreadsheets.
