Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans, scheduling downtime to minimize production impacts. Collect and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Ensure necessary resources for maintenance activities are available and allocated. Promote continuous improvement initiatives based on performance analysis and team feedback.

Bachelor's degree required. Strong experience with maintenance management systems such as SAP MM, SAP PM, Maximo, Oracle, etc. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Lean Six Sigma management tools. Understanding of workplace safety standards such as NR10, NR12, NR35. Must have a personal vehicle and be available to work on-site in São Bernardo do Campo - SP.
