Core Responsibilities

The Onboarding & Catalogue Agent will analyze processes and operational flows to create clear and structured articles for the Help Center. They will also design educational content and provide training to partners, ensuring a coherent and useful experience.

Requirements

Candidates must be located in Brazil and have native Portuguese skills, along with a good level of communication in Spanish. Experience in content creation and knowledge of design tools like Figma and CapCut are also required.
