Admin & Payroll Shipping Local Specialist

Act as a local reference for Admin & Payroll, ensuring compliance with legislation and collective agreements. Manage local suppliers for transportation and restaurant services, interfacing with internal areas. Monitor KPIs and SLAs for personnel administration services, analyzing deviations and effectiveness of actions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent. Experience in general personnel administration, benefits, and supplier management. Familiarity with KPIs and stakeholder management, and experience in process improvement and automation are preferred.
