Develop and enhance credit strategies for vehicle financing and secured loans, focusing on optimizing risk-return relationships and customer experience. Analyze portfolio performance, including delinquency, losses, and profitability, and propose strategic adjustments. Conduct tests and experiments on new criteria, models, products, or segments, and collaborate with data, commercial, pricing, product, operations, and technology teams.

Solid experience in credit strategy for secured products such as vehicle financing and home equity. Strong knowledge of risk indicators, delinquency, credit funnel efficiency, and profitability. Experience with data analysis and analytical tools like SQL, Python, or SAS. Good communication skills and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
