Principal Delivery Earthworks - BHP Chile

Represent the Owner in the execution of large-scale earthworks and civil works, ensuring safe and efficient delivery in terms of cost, schedule, productivity, and quality. Manage and ensure the performance of the EPCM, verifying that it adequately manages construction contractors and meets safety, productivity, cost, schedule, and quality commitments. Review and challenge construction strategies developed by the EPCM and contractors, including excavation sequences and material balances.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mining Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline. Demonstrable experience leading large-scale earthworks execution, preferably with direct responsibility for projects or packages of 3-6 million m³ or more. Strong experience in Field Engineering with the ability to manage the interface between engineering and construction.
