Payroll - Tech Senior Manager - EY Global Delivery Services

Lead global design workshops and client solutioning sessions to define requirements and solution architecture. Own and maintain global implementation deliverables, including solution design documents and testing plans. Act as the primary technology and solution point of contact for clients, managing scope, timelines, and project communications.

10+ years of experience in global payroll implementations or technology consulting. Proven ability to lead large-scale payroll or HCM implementations. Strong understanding of payroll business processes and experience with cloud-based global payroll platforms such as Workday or SAP.
