Area Manager I, Operations, FC

Lead and develop a team of 100-300 hourly associates in a fulfillment center. Ensure proper training and address team needs to maintain safety, quality, and performance. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools. Engage with the team during shifts to uphold operational standards.

1+ years of employee and performance management experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience managing teams of 20 or more. Knowledge of performance metrics and process improvement techniques, including Lean and Six Sigma.
