Propose automation improvements and develop solutions to optimize monitoring system effectiveness, enhancing incident response and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Information Technology, Data Management, or related fields. Familiarity with analysis methodologies and data tools such as BigQuery, Looker Studio, and SQL, with the ability to develop reports and dashboards. Experience in monitoring, analyzing logistics processes, and security management, preferably in e-commerce or logistics environments.
