Act as a strategic translator between media buyers and creative teams to build data-driven roadmaps for ad iteration. Lead a team of junior strategists and oversee the creative pipeline to meet CPA and ROAS targets.

Requirements

Requires 2-5+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing, preferably in a DTC or agency environment. Must be proficient in Monday.com, Google Workspace, and AI tools, with a mandatory alignment to EST working hours.
