Growth Marketing and Content Specialist

Design and execute growth experiments to increase qualified traffic and lead generation. Analyze the acquisition funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) and identify improvement opportunities at each stage. Propose and implement A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs, forms, and content.

3 to 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, or Demand Generation. Minimum 2-3 years in B2B technology or software companies. Proven experience generating organic leads with measurable results.

Full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Peru time. The contractor must work with their own laptop/PC. One-year contract with the possibility of extension based on performance.
