Design and optimize collection strategies based on data analysis and portfolio segmentation. Analyze and segment the portfolio to identify non-compliance patterns and recovery opportunities. Develop and optimize collection campaigns by defining tactics, channels, and contact frequency. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk analytics, collections, management indicators, scoring, data mining, or process improvement. Intermediate-advanced knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and/or R.
