Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen relationships with clients. Guide the assigned unit in compliance and execution of Non-Financial Risk programs, including Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Regulatory Risk Assessment. Support the assigned unit in understanding and functioning of Non-Financial Risk programs.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas. 4-2 years of experience in the banking sector. Knowledge of Operational Risk, Internal Control, and Banking Processes and Products. Desirable skills include Root Cause Analysis and Regulatory Compliance.
