Analista de Performance Pleno - Crédito Pessoal - Campinas/SP

Support the continuous monitoring of the quality of personal credit origination. Track funnel, conversion, approval, and offer coverage as part of the business performance radar. Identify deviations in sales performance of credit policies and conversion journeys. Analyze the main reasons for rejections, non-offers, and losses throughout the funnel.

Experience in performance analysis and monitoring in financial services. Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights. Familiarity with credit policies and strategies. Proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard development.
