[Job-31306] Senior IA Developer Java / Python, Brazil

Participate in discovery sessions with business areas to understand processes and operational bottlenecks. Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation and application of AI agents, considering impact and productivity gains. Design AI-based solutions, defining technical approaches, agent flows, integrations, and success criteria. Develop solutions using Java and/or Python, contributing directly to code and technical decisions.

Solid experience in development using Java and/or Python. Practical knowledge in Generative Artificial Intelligence and LLMs, such as Claude, GPT, and Gemini. Experience with agent frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar. Good communication skills and the ability to transform business needs into technical solutions.
