Act as a point of contact, ensuring agile, clear, and humanized service through WhatsApp, phone, and email. Provide guidance on financial products and services, collaborating with business managers and support areas. Identify and address the needs and expectations of associates, ensuring timely follow-up on requests.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, or related fields. Active CPA certification and experience in financial analysis and customer service are required. Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities are essential.
