Manage the maintenance of solar plants, ensuring system reliability and equipment availability through planning, execution, and supervision of technical activities. Evaluate key performance indicators and propose improvement actions to optimize asset performance. Design and implement maintenance strategies, directing technical teams and contractors to ensure operational reliability and compliance with regulatory commitments.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Systems Engineering or related fields. Desirable postgraduate or specialization in maintenance management, project management, energy management, automation, or renewable energy. Intermediate English level (B1) preferred. Valid professional license and experience in the electric sector, preferably in centralized dispatch solar generation plants.
