The Expert Financial Analyst will act as the strategic financial partner for BBS, leading the month-end close process, preparing journal entries, and owning headcount reporting. This role involves serving as the primary financial business partner to BBS leadership, providing insights, and leading the Operational Budget process.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience with a strong emphasis on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and proven experience acting as a business partner capable of influencing senior stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required, along with advanced Excel knowledge and strong English command.
