The Growth Merchandising Lead will act as the architect between technological capabilities and field execution, primarily transforming product tools into real growth levers by ensuring flawless adoption plans for local teams. This role involves leading launch planning, designing automation strategies for in-app visibility placements, establishing governance playbooks, and managing key stakeholder relationships across Product, Local Merchandising, and Data teams.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 2 years of experience in Product Operations, Growth Marketing, or Merchandising within Tech or E-commerce companies, emphasizing an Automation-first mindset. Essential requirements include being data-driven with advanced data interpretation skills, strong communication abilities to translate technical language to business objectives, and proven project management experience in complex, multi-team launches.
