Core Responsibilities

The representative will service existing customers and identify opportunities to upsell client products based on customer needs. They are responsible for handling calls, resolving issues, and closing sales through effective negotiation.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 6 months of call center or customer service experience and advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the ability to multitask across web applications are also required.
