The Senior Analyst for the North Cone will support teams in Mexico, Colombia, Central America, and the Caribbean with operational tasks focused on driving business efficiency, including managing administrative duties, monitoring fees, and leveraging local relationships for market intelligence. Responsibilities also involve owning administrative tasks like invoice processing, ensuring operational process flows and SLAs are defined, and supporting compliance with card scheme mandates.
Requirements
Candidates must have native Spanish and fluent English proficiency, along with a proven background in the financial services, payments, eCommerce, or technology industry. Essential requirements include experience working regionally/globally in payment processing or acquirer systems and existing local market contacts within the payments ecosystem.
