Monitor and analyze critical transportation KPIs, conducting root cause analysis to identify trends and operational anomalies. Design immediate action plans for metrics that are off-target and develop early warning models to anticipate operational issues. Build real-time dashboards, automate recurring reports, and develop scripts in Python/SQL to optimize data processing. Translate complex analytical data into clear business narratives and actionable recommendations for both floor teams and senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or related fields with over 4 years of experience in data analysis applied to operations, logistics, or e-commerce. Advanced SQL skills and intermediate to advanced Python proficiency (Pandas, Numpy, and visualization/modeling libraries) are required. Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/BigQuery, AWS, or Azure) and dashboard creation from scratch (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is necessary.
