The primary duties involve providing direct assistance, guidance, and support to Rappitenderos visiting the Hub, ensuring efficient and empathetic resolution of their inquiries according to regional guidelines. Responsibilities also include managing cases, channeling requests to the appropriate Regional Advocate, and supporting strategic retention programs via phone calls.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a technical or technological degree in administrative, customer service, social management, or community work fields. Essential skills include excellent verbal and written communication, empathy, active listening, conflict resolution orientation, proactivity, and proficiency with digital tracking systems.
