Sr Software Engineer

Understand business problems to design and build agent-based solutions that generate real value, prioritizing simple, secure, and sustainable implementations. Participate hands-on in designing agent behavior, including context, tools, memory, integrations, and observability mechanisms. Build and evolve end-to-end solutions, collaborating with business, technology, and platform teams to integrate existing capabilities and identify gaps.

Experience building solutions with LLMs and their APIs, such as GPT, Gemini, or DeepSeek. Practical knowledge of agent design and construction, including context management, memory, tools, skills, hooks, integration, and observability. Solid knowledge in at least one programming language and the ability to learn others as needed.
