Collaborate with the client team to understand the business problem and work through the design, development, and delivery phases. Conduct Training Needs Analysis to develop the training curriculum and design standards for the proposed learning solution. Review training deliverables to ensure quality and coach instructional designers to prepare materials for workshops.

Graduate/Post Graduate in any specialization, preferably in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related fields. 6+ years of proven experience in content development and instructional design, with extensive experience in various training modalities. Strong knowledge of industry-standard design tools such as Articulate, Captivate, and Camtasia.
